Reducing your weight and living a healthy life doesn't have to be all about dieting or depriving yourself.  My 5-week programme is carefully structured to re-educate you about food, eating and healthy lifestyle.  Hypnotherapy has long been used to help with weight loss and change old habits into new, healthier ones. In this programme I combine it with tried and tested ways to reduce weight and keep it off  WITHOUT dieting!
